Submit a proposal

Proposals are submitted online. The deadline for submissions is February 11, 2011 at 12 noon. Schools and individuals will be notified by email regarding proposal selections on or before February 16, 2011.

Register for the conference

Early registration runs through February 25, 2011. Afterward, the registration fee increases by $10 per attendee. Registration closes on March 21, 2011, 12:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made in writing to GPHC2011@UTA.EDU. Cancellations before March 1 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between March 1 and March 14 will be charged $50 per cancelled person. No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 14. Please email GPHC2011@UTA.EDU for assistance if you would prefer to have a substitute for an attendee.

The Hilton Arlington Hotel is the hotel for the conference. They have posted a GPHC conference page for GPHC attendees to make room reservations.

Nota bene: April 1, 2011 is opening day for the Texas Rangers. Hotels in Arlington expect to be fully booked. Thus, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS ASAP.
