AFTER YOU APPLY:

If you have been admitted to UTA :
You can continue to pay your deposit and sign your contract. During the next step, you will choose a building and room type. Some things to keep in mind:

  1. If you want to be roommates with a friend, you must select the same building and room type during Step Two of the process.
  2. If you want to be part of a Residential Learning Community (RLC), you must select the building that houses your RLC in Step Two.
  3. If you are under 18 at the time you sign your contract, a parent or guardian will need to complete the Guarantor Signature before you may move on to Step Three.

If you have not been admitted to UTA :
You will receive an e-mail when you are able to continue on to pay your deposit and sign your contract.

If you have completed an application for a term that has already started:
You will be contacted when a contract is available for you.
