Signing your Residence Hall Contract or Apartment Lease
Notifications of all contract / lease offers will be sent to your UT Arlington email address.
Residence Hall Contract
If you are offered a residence hall space, you will have 4 days from the date the contract is sent to review, sign and accept your residence hall contract and or meal plan contract. You will also be required to pay your $150 deposit at this time.
If you are offered an apartment space, you will have 24 hours from the date the lease is offered to review, sign and accept your apartment lease. You will also be required to pay your $150 deposit at this time.
LIVING ON CAMPUS
Residence hall students can choose from one of our four traditional meal plans while students living in campus apartments or off campus can choose from the commuter or traditional plans. All plans include meals in the Connection Café and Dining Dollars that can be used at all dining locations on campus.
