The Heights on Pecan
Just south of College Park District, The Heights is a furnished apartment with the most room options on campus. The HoP features one, two, and four-bedroom options, a pool, and a covered parking garage.
The Lofts
Located within the College Park District, The Lofts are UTA's newest apartment location. With unfurnished one-bedrooms and furnished two-bedroom options, The Lofts features options for everyone!
Meadow Run
Meadow Run is an unfurnished apartment option that features one and two-bedroom units. Meadow Run has many great amenities, including a clubhouse and pool.
Timber Brook
A great option to save on money, Timber Brook features one and two-bedroom spaces in which two students will share each room. Timber Brook is a fully furnished option.

Monthly rates are per apartment. For “By Unit” locations, there is a single leaseholder, and the leaseholder may choose to have roommates and split expenses. Any agreements to split expenses would be between the leaseholder and their occupants. Rates are shown effective August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.

Monthly rates are per bed. Other residents may be assigned to vacant bedroom(s)/beds in the apartment. Roommate matching is available in furnished apartment communities. Rates shown are effective August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.

Residents must satisfy the minimum lease term outlined in the lease. Early lease termination is only available to residents who meet specific lease requirements.12-month lease may not equal a full 12 months for new residents. 12-month renewal leases are available for residents who desire to stay after satisfying their minimum lease term requirements.
