Students living in The Heights on Pecan can choose from one, two, or four bedroom floor plans. All bills are paid at The Heights on Pecan!

Roommates and Leasing for The Heights on Pecan
Having a roommate is a great way to meet people and stay connected to the campus. The Heights on Pecan is currently our only apartment community that leases by the bedroom and will match residents with a roommate or roommates if you don’t already have one selected. A by the bedroom lease means that each person living in the apartment has his or her own individual lease and is responsible for his or her own rent.
Residents in efficiency or one bedroom units may choose to share a unit with a significant other or spouse. It is important to note that all bedrooms are furnished with one full sized bed. Four bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of four students.
