Roommates and Leasing for By-The-Bedroom Apartments
Having a roommate is a great way to meet people and stay connected to the campus. Timber Brook is currently one of our only apartment communities that leases by the bedroom and will match residents with a roommate or roommates if you don’t already have one selected. A by-the-bedroom lease means that each person living in the apartment has his or her own individual lease and is responsible for his or her own rent.
It is important to note that all bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds in Timber Brook. Two bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of four students.
All square footage and measurements are approximate. Rates shown are effective August 01, 2016. Rates quoted are subject to approval. Rates are subject to change without notification.
LIVING ON CAMPUS
TWICE THE FUN
They say the friends you make in college are the friends you make for life. Get a jump-start by choosing to live with a roommate. With a roommate you don’t have to navigate college life on your own. You’ll have someone to eat dinner with, go on late night runs to the store, and someone who can share living costs. It’s a win-win decision: good for your wallet and perfect for a meaningful social connection.
