Trinity House is a co-educational residential facility housing 236 students. As one of the smallest halls UT Arlington Housing offers, Trinity is known for its community atmosphere and high resident involvement. Each floor is equipped with a study lounge and the third floor offers a computer lab for the residents.
Trinity is home to our campus Wellness Zone program. This is a program designed to assist students in making healthy decisions both physically and socially. This program is managed by Apartment and Residence Life and Campus Recreation and features a number of great program and involvement opportunities all free to the participants.
Additionally a unique part of the Trinity community are the ROTC Army cadets. These students are not only studying to complete their degrees but they also are training for active duty in the U.S. Army. They continue on a great military history at UT Arlington.
Trinity House is located close to the Maverick Activities Building, Music Building, Architecture Building, Fine Arts Building, Davis Hall and Texas Hall!
Hall Staff & Involvement
Trinity is also staffed with Resident Assistants (RAs) who live in the building and serve as resources to all students living in Trinity House. The RAs work hard to provide a community environment by presenting educational and social programs and by being available to address resident needs at all hours of the day. Trinity House also has a full-time professional Residence Director living in the building assisting students and connecting them with campus resources.
The main office is located on the ground floor and is staffed with friendly Office Assistants (OAs) who are eager and willing to help residents with any problems. The office also provides a variety of amenities for residents, including board games, sports equipment, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and vacuums.
Trinity House has an extremely active Hall Council. All residents living in Trinity are members of Hall Council and are encouraged to participate in their meetings and events. Events include educational and social programs, campus events, and intramurals. Trinity House won the First Annual Residence Hall League Intramural Championship in 2001-2002 and has an active community and tradition of winning since then.
Trinity features double rooms in a suite layout. There are two roommates in each room. Three rooms share a suite space and the split bathrooms. There are two bathrooms in the suites, one bathroom has a toilet and sink, while the other has a shower and sink.
All bedrooms in Trinity include a twin extra-long bed. The room furniture is built into the structure thus maximizing storage and floor space. The furniture includes a bed, desk (with desk light), bookshelves, closet, drawers and smaller storage shelves.
