Visiting Your Student

We welcome visitors to all of our communities. If you are visiting someone in a residence hall you will need to contact them and have them meet you at the entrance to escort you in our halls. Outside the main entrance of every residence hall is a phone to contact the office or the student you are trying to reach.

If you are visiting a student living in one of our apartment communities you can make arrangements to meet them in their community. Visitor parking is available all over campus. Please visit our university maps page to locate the parking option closest to you.  If you are a resident requesting for a guest to stay at your on-campus apartment overnight, please read and complete this Apartment Guest Request Form.

Get Involved

With more than 10,000 students living on or within five miles of campus, there are always opportunities for involvement, both academically and socially. Join any of our more than 330 student organizations, a Freshman Interest Group, or get involved with intramural sports – there’s never a shortage of things to do, and you’ll be close enough to take advantage of all of it.
