UT Flex Flexible Spending Accounts |

Beginning with plan year FY2011, each UT Flex account will be assessed a $12 annual processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the account after the first month's contribution. |

Effective January 1, 2011 certain over-the-counter medications will no longer be UT Flex eligible unless a prescription has been provided by a physician and is on file at PayFlex. |
