New Applicant Tracking System Implementation

The Office of Human Resources has implemented PeopleAdmin, for job postings and applicant tracking. Jobs posted on UTAFLOW (Service-Now) will still be available until February 6, 2017.

The Office of Human Resources would like to thank the employees that participated in the pilot program, to test the new system for posting jobs and reviewing applicant information. The employees were from the departments of Facilities Management, College of Nursing and Health Innovation, UTA Libraries, and Global Education Outreach Extended Studies.

Department FAQs

Q. What will happen to the application history for the jobs that were posted in UTAFlow prior to January 6, 2017?

A. Departments will continue to be able to view their applicant history in UTAFlow.

Q. How long will my job post remain active in UTA Flow?

A.  Jobs posted prior to January 6th in UTAFLOW (Service-Now) will remain active until February 6th. After February 6th, your department will have until February 24th to finalize your recruiting efforts in UTAFLOW.  

Q. What can PeopleAdmin be utilized for?

A. PeopleAdmin will be utilized to:

  • Post open positions
  • View applications/resumes
  • Update applicant status
  • Run robust reports 

Q. What is the benefit of switching to PeopleAdmin?

Q. How will we continue to use UTAFlow?

A. We will continue to use UTAFlow for requests for new positions, replacements, reclassification of existing positions (when there is a current employee and/or the position is vacant), salary changes and title changes will continue using the UTAFLOW form. 

Q. Will PeopleAdmin training be available?

A. Human Resources will be conducting training sessions starting January 9th for employees responsible for managing positions and reviewing and managing applications. Participants will learn how to navigate within the PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System.  Please visit  to register for training.
