PURPOSE: To maintain athletic facilities and equipment for intercollegiate athletics programs. Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, and supervision of maintenance staff, purchasing athletic equipment and maintaining an inventory of equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise stadium workers and student equipment managers. Make necessary stadium preparations and supervise stadium activities. Order and maintain athletic and facility equipment. Maintain all areas of the facility and equipment rooms. Assist the Athletic business manager in the billing and collection of all facility usage rental.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: REPORTS TO: Limited supervision from the Associate Director of Athletics. SUPERVISION: N/A SUPERVISION-OTHER: General supervision of stadium workers and student equipment managers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education

REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Bachelor's degree in recreation, business or other related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES-OTHER: REQUIRED EXPERIENCES/COMPETENCIES: Three years of experience in a college athletic program including one year in a supervisory capacity. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Computer, typewriter, washer/dryer and various landscaping tools. Proficient in maintaining the stadium and athletic equipment. Accurate in scheduling events.
