PURPOSE: To provide advanced professional knowledge, advice and counseling skills regarding the institutional student graduation process. Responsible for supervision and coordination of degree plan and diploma production processing for the office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the operations and staff of the degree plan and diploma production processing areas. Helps develop priorities and goals for the section and counsels staff on office policies and procedures. Monitors quality service and ensures academic compliance with all University, state and national rules and regulations. Coordinates degree plan processing for a set of colleges. Develops and maintains degree requirements tables and exceptions information. Follows course and curriculum adjustments and monitors impact on degree planning process. Educates users on degree plan facility and reports. Performs related duties as required.
