PURPOSE: To provide skills in the area of plumbing, electrical maintenance/repair, carpentry or painting. Responsible for performing tasks in a specific area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, maintain, repair electrical motors and switches, circuit breakers, outlets, fixtures, fittings and accessories. Install and repair of all plumbing in new construction or remodeling. Performs general carpentry work connected with remodeling and construction. Stains and refinishes furniture. Prepares surfaces prior to applying any one of a variety of coverings. Taping and bedding and other conditioning work in connection with new construction or remodeling. Performs related duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: High school graduation 3 years experience.
