PURPOSE: To provide and maintain successful leasing of University owned property. Responsible for accurate management of leases, dining service agreements, and other administrative responsibilities relating to leased properties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy. Persuasively presents information on housing and dining services. Negotiates lease offers and prepares, executes, and explains leases and related documents. Responds to housing waiting list inquiries. Communicates with and audits on-site property management staff regarding information and documents relating to resident occupancy. Manages and updates lease systems and related databases. Assists other leasing staff and provides general receptionist duties for suite offices. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Management Services and Housing

REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: High School graduation or GED equivalent.
