PURPOSE: To provide skilled technical assistance and supervision in the operation, maintenance, and repair of audio-visual equipment used in the production of related media materials. Responsible for maintaining and operating audio-visual equipment used in the production and distribution of audio-visual, digital and video programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and participates in the operation and repair of motion picture and slide projectors, video tape recorders and players, video cameras, computers used in video production, associated processing equipment; operates above listed equipment and other audio-visual equipment in the production of teleconferences, cable TV channel of the university, and other similar production activities. Receives requests for services to be rendered and ensures that such requests are completed. Performs related duties as requested.

REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: High school graduation supplemented by vocational school training in electronics.
