PURPOSE: To provide advanced professional level skills and abilities in the development, coordination, administration and marketing the University Center facilities and services events and programs on campus. Responsible for all various aspects of programs, including needs assessment and development of marketing strategy, promotional materials, and clientele.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contracts faculty and staff to provide assistance in programming needs. Conducts needs assessment studies. Arranges for administrative and logistical support to program participants, speakers, and trainers. Arranges for physical facilities and housing and food service needs of participants. Provides audiovisual aids, television equipment, and related equipment needs. Arranges for instructional materials are required by the Academic Coordinator (faculty member). Performs related duties as required. Ensures compliance with all administrative and fiscal regulations in accordance with University policy. Prepares evaluation forms for conference participants. Submits reports as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education
REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the work to be performed. Prefer Master's degree in a field related to the work to be performed.
