PURPOSE: To develop a quality-marketing program using various media for presenting and delivering education programs to outside agencies and the community. Responsible for developing, enhancing and implementing new and existing marketing approaches for recruiting clients to the various programs of the University as well as to ensure client satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Promotes the University to outside agencies and the community. Develops client prospects and ensures client satisfaction/retention through internal coordination of service providers, appropriate follow-up methods, proactive problem solving techniques, periodic on-site tours and investigation of client concerns. Coordinates with other internal departments/service providers to develop written business proposals addressing program advantages, staff experience, services and fee schedules for local area businesses. Facilitates contractual agreements for prospective clients both internal and extramural. Establishes protocols for record keeping and reporting activities including collecting and analyzing client information and performance standards. Performs related duties as required.
