PURPOSE: To provide technical and/or supervising skills involved in developing a variety of training and educational programs. Responsible for the planning, organizing, and administering of in-service training activities for an assigned organizational need or function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and conducts special training courses. Assists and advises University departments and business and industrial representatives in determining training needs. Organizes groups of employees into classes. Supervises the arrangements for locations and materials to be used by classes. Advises others on training methods and procedures. Keeps abreast of new developments in the training field for the purpose of implementing effective training ideas. Performs related duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education
REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration, education, personnel management, or other related fields.
