PURPOSE: To assist and consult with computer users on various skill levels regarding the effective use of computer resources. Responsible for providing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and various other groups regarding computers and their usage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists users on the use of computers for course or research work. Provides assistance in resolving computer related problems. Advise users on the use of effective programming and debugging techniques. Provides routine computer services to academic departments and other groups. Writes and updates user documentation. Tests software and hardware. Interfaces between other department groups and the user community. Performs related duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education
REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Two years of coursework towards degree in computer related field.
