PURPOSE: To provide assistance in researching and creating profiles on prospective donors. Responsible for researching, analyzing, synthesizing, and material demographic philanthropic and financial information about individuals, corporations, and foundations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with supervisor to coordinate research priorities and develop a strategy for fulfilling those priorities. Researches and prepares confidential donor and prospect profiles for use by the President, Vice President and Development officers in cu1tivating and soliciting prospects. Updates computerized prospect tracking and hardcopy filing. Reviews newspapers and journals for prospect information. Maintains development office library resource materials. Provides profiles and donor/prospect information as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned.
