PURPOSE: To support institutional and unit policy development and program planning, evaluation and decision making through the design and execution of institutional research studies, including data analysis, interpretation, reporting and development of recommendation.Responsible for identifying research needs, generating, gathering and analyzing research data; developing recommendations for institutional action.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares periodic reports to local, state and federal agencies, accrediting bodies and external agencies, including monitoring and analyzing reporting requirements, and auditing/verifying data; monitors and assists in developing comprehensive, integrated management information system; defines, develops and documents system requirements; writes application programs: assists users define data needs and interpret results of analyses.Special projects as assigned by directors.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education
REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Master's degree in higher education, educational research and statistics, or related discipline.
