minimum 47,928.00
midpoint 63,264.00
maximum 78,600.00

PURPOSE: To provide entry-level analysis of existing procedures and to determine the practicality and applicability of using electronic data. Responsible for basic systems analysis duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gathers data for analysis. Prepares system flowcharts for existing and proposed procedures. Prepares general block diagrams in accordance with instructions from higher-level classifications. Defines program requirements. Prepares documentation and assists in implementation. Performs related duties as required. Assists in machine logic charting.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: REPORTS TO: General supervision. Detailed supervision while training or on new or complex assignments. SUPERVISION: N/A REQUIRED EDUCATION: $education

REQUIRED EDUCATION-OTHER: Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES-OTHER: REQUIRED EXPERIENCES/COMPETENCIES: One year of experience in analysis, system design , or programming. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Verifies problem solutions to insure accuracy of the results. Exacting accuracy is required. Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render the position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215 Texas Education Code.
