EAP Mission Statement and Goal
The mission of the UTA Employee Assistance Program is to provide high quality counseling and guidance to our faculty, staff, their spouses and dependents. Our most important asset is our employees and we are committed to providing professional counseling, manager consulting services and superior quality in satisfying their needs. The efforts of the Employee Assistance Program are directed towards improving the efficiency, devotion, self-esteem, attendance and retention of the University faculty and staff. We are committed to resolving workplace issues and family concerns.
The goal of the Employee Assistance Program is Program Success. The success of the program will be achieved by employee awareness and utilization. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing EAP information to UTA faculty and staff, as well as to the University administrators, directors, supervisor, and managers.
