employee relationsThe staff of the Employee Relations area provides coaching and advice regarding performance management. We facilitate the diagnosis, development and implementation of action plans to address causes of workplace conflict. The staff of this department is able to advise the campus on employee relations matters and policies including conflict resolution services and mediation services. We may also be called upon to teach, guide, coach and support the campus through dispute resolution and grievances, appeals, reorganizations, layoffs and TWC Unemployment hearings.
