The Department of Economics at The University of Texas at Arlington will have at least one tenured/tenure track position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor rank beginning Fall 2013, pending budgetary approval. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Economics at the time of application (no ABDs). While we will accept applicants from all areas, our primary interest is in applied microeconomics and related fields. We are most interested in applicants with an established research record. Preference will be given to those with experience teaching managerial economics at the MBA level. Each application should include a cover letter indicating up to two primary JEL classifications of specialization, vita, and samples of research.
