The Department of Physics at the University of Texas at Arlington is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in the area of High Energy Physics (HEP). Preference will be given to candidates with scholarly work in BSM Higgs particle searches and precision Higgs property measurements at Energy Frontier experiments, exploration of Higgs signals at Intensity Frontier experiments, especially in searches for charged Higgs particle decaying to its  final state and other sub-GeV Dark Matter searches, and those with software development experience at the Long Baseline Neutrino Experiment (LBNE) at Fermilab. The individual should also have an excellent track record of teaching general physics courses and be able to play a leading role in establishing high quality education in the department. A PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline is required.
