Skills AssessmentsThis is designed to help you consider the various work skills and mark those that directly relate to you and your work experience. We will forward you the link following your completion of the MavCareers form. Complete the survey and be sure to save the document and be prepared to discuss and review it at the Career Coaching meeting in step 2. |
Interest ExplorationThis is designed to give you the results six work interest areas (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional). When you have finished, print out the report with your your Interest scores and possible career matches and bring this information with you to your Career Coach meeting in step 2. Be sure to take time to review the full report and mark the career options that appeal to you the most. |
Values ExplorationThese results will give you a score for each of the six Work Values areas (Achievement, Relationship, Working Conditions, Support, Recognition, Independence). When you have finished, print out the report with your Values scores and possible career matches and bring this information with you to your Career Coach meeting in step 2.
