Biography
Dr. Lummus is an Aerospace Engineer and Program Director with over forty years in creating and managing both U.S. and International Defense Programs. He is currently the Director of Program Management Development for Lockheed Martin (LM) Aeronautics Company where he is responsible for the practice of Program Management on all LM Aeronautics Company programs, including the tools, processes, training, and development of over 500 Program Managers. Because of his strong technical and business leadership abilities, Dr. Lummus has often performed a wide range of strategically important assignments that combine both skill sets.
