Student of the Year to Jered Hochstetter

Interdisciplinary Studies

Student of the Year Award

The Student of the Year award is the highest honor granted by the Interdisciplinary Studies Program. The criteria for this award include the following:

  • grade point average achieved thus far at UTA
  • the student’s Area of Concentration (the number of upper level courses and performance in these courses)
  • performance in INTS courses
  • UTA or community involvement
  • leadership ability
  • ability to successfully meet life challenges

Each of nominees was asked  to submit a brief summary on your community service and leadership ability that also  included any challenging life situation(s) encountered while at UTA.

Glenda Servin

On April 25 Ms. Servin was honored with the Who’s Who Award. Glenda is a soon to be graduate of the Interdisciplinary Studies Program.
