David joined IRP&E in the summer of 2007. He received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology (1997) and Masters Degree in English (2002) from Northern Arizona University. He is currently working on his PhD in Rhetoric at UT Arlington and sits on the Best Practices and Media and Technology Committees in the English Department.
