Mansour joined Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness in October, 2006. Previously, Mansour worked as a database manager for the Research Design and Analysis Unit of the Life Span Institute at the University of Kansas where he designed survey forms, collected survey data, and processed and maintained survey database files. Mansour has educational and training background in computer science, mathematics and statistics, and, over 19 years of combined work experience at the University of Kansas, Texas A&M University System, Texas Transportation Institute, and Texas Department of Transportation. He has a BS in Mathematics (Karaj College, Karaj, Iran), MS in Computer Science (University of Central Texas) and MA in Mathematics (Arizona State University). He is a member of the American Statistical Association.
