Mark came to UTA’s Institutional Research and Planning Office in September of 2005. Before coming to IRP Mark worked for the Dallas County College District's North Lake College as their webmaster and prior to that did web development and database work for Fortune 500 companies, higher education and non profits for the past ten years. Mark has an A.A.S. in Laser Electro-Optics (Texas State Technical College), B.A. in Economics: minor history (Texas Tech University) and an M.S. in Information Science with an emphasis in information systems and internet development (University of North Texas) .
