Pam joined the newly created Office of Institutional Research and Planning in 1994 as associate director. In 1999 she became director, and in 2003 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Director of IRP.

She earned a BS in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University (1976), a PhD in Experimental Psychology from UTA (1983) and an MS in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University (1999).

Pam serves on the SIS Steering Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and Compliance Subcommittee for Academic Affairs and Research. In addition, she was recently appointed as the University’s accreditation liaison to The Southern Association of Schools and Colleges (SACS).

She is a member of the Association for Institutional Research, the Texas Association for Institutional Research, the Consortium for Assessment and Planning Support, and the American Association for Higher Education.
