Roger joined UTA's IRP&E office in January, 2007. Prior to IRP, Roger has worked for Oracle as a principle consultant,UTA's OIT as a programmer analyst, and several telecommunication companies as a system verification engineer. Roger received a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering in 1994 and a M.S. in Computer Science in 1996. Both degrees came from UTA.
