UEP UNIT AND CONTACT INFORMATION UPDATE FORM The UEP process requires communication and cooperation between the Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) and individual academic and administrative/support units. In order to facilitate the process, IRP must maintain updated and accurate information for all units on campus. Please use this form to add or update unit information.
