Leadership Learning Community in The Heights on Pecan
Beginning in the Fall of 2013, become a trained peer leadership facilitator and plan programs, offer membership, connect with other students and staff, and become the best leader that you can be all while living in UT Arlington's newest apartment community - The Heights on Pecan!
The Heights on Pecan will be hosting interest sessions for students to come out and learn more about what opportunities the Leadership Learning Community will offer.

- Certified Leadership Training
- Ability to Meet and Mentor Students
- Learn to Lead Workshops on Communication, Teambuilding and Networking
- Receive Mentorship on Your Leadership Endeavors
- Live and Interact with Other Campus Leaders
- Commitment of Working 10 Hours per Month as a Leadership Facilitator

Leadership Learning Community coordinator
The Leadership Learning Community will be staffed by a student employee who has demonstrated proven leadership abilities. This position will be open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Applications are now being accepted for this position:
Leadership Community Coordinator
- Paid Student Employee Position
- Commitment of Working 10 hours Per Week
- Fully-Furnished Apartment Housing in The Heights on Pecan with a 45% Rent Reduction
- Will Serve on the Hall Council
- Leadership Training and Mentorship
- Serve as a Student Representative on University-Wide Committees
