Application and Selection Process
Applications for the Alternative Winter Break have now closed.
There is a selection process, and once the participant selection process is complete, we anticipate informing participants of their acceptance status by October 16, 2015. After you have been notified, you will have to decide whether you wish to accept the offer.
If a student has been selected to attend the trip, they may begin making payments. But, no payments will be accepted until trip participants have been selected.
Payment can be made in its entirety by November 6, 2015, or in two installments: the first installment due no later than 3:30pm November 6, 2015, and final payment due on or before 3:30pm November 20, 2016. If a student does not make full payment by the final deadline, you may lose your non-refundable spot, and other students will be given the option to attend.
IF A STUDENT DOES NOT MAKE FULL PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE, OTHER STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO ATTEND.
All payments are non-refundable.
All students are required to have proof of health insurance. If you do not have insurance, you will be given information on purchasing insurance for the trip.
Please note, all participants selected for trips are required to attend a mandatory training from 5:00 - 7:00pm on one of the following dates:

Trip cost includes lodging, transportation, some meals, and service fees.
