spotlight_imageCoLA’s Spotlight on student research is an annual forum that showcases the best of our students' research and creativity. Students present work in varying formats to include panel (oral presentation of papers), posters or renditions which include spoken word and performances. Themes will vary but must be approved by a faculty member in the student's department. Students who present their work at Spotlight earn experience in professional presentations and will be mentored through the submission and presentation process by CoLA Faculty.

This is a competition! All presenters are eligible to win one (1) of the three (3) Dean’s Excellence Awards in the amount of $200; one (1) award will be given in each session category.  Interested CoLA students are encouraged to view the presentation guidelines and submit abstracts by the submission deadline each Spring semester.
