The DMS is primarily a self-service learning and multimedia production facility, but staff on duty can provide limited assistance with the available hardware and software. If more in-depth assistance is needed, then a visit to the DMS should be planned to take advantage of posted DMS staff office hours. Alternatively, an appointment can be arranged with DMS staff by submitting a training request.
The DMS is available for closure requests by UT Arlington faculty during their class for student training and review. Please be aware that the DMS will require at least a 14-day notice for reservation and that usage is limited to software already installed on the DMS computers. Reservation is on a first come, first served basis. In order to request a closure, please send an email to dms@uta.edu with the information below. The DMS has the right to deny or change a request at any time due to time, staff, or technical limits.
