Appointments are available with DMS staff for students and faculty of UT Arlington when training is not easily obtainable elsewhere. Appointments are only available for supported DMS software. Appointments are only available Monday through Friday.

Examples of appointments include:

• Assistance learning supported software
• Suggestions on which tools would be best for completing certain projects
• Assistance in setup of DMS software or hardware to best utilize the technology available

Appointments are NOT available for:

• Design, creation, or completion of projects
• Artistic suggestions and ideas
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or other common programs where training is available elsewhere

Appointments are not available for all DMS software. Suggestions by staff may be offered for software that is not supported. Appointments are granted at the discretion of the DMS staff and may be cancelled or denied depending on availability and necessity.
