Overview

The Digital Media Studio offers color printing for letter, legal, and tabloid sizes. You can also order color posters, banners, and other oversized printouts.

Color Printing in the DMS

• You can pay for color printing in the DMS with the MavID Card.
• Printing is not available 15 minutes before the DMS closes each day.
• Please refrain from creating excessive amounts of personal or wasteful prints.
• Only DMS supplied paper can be used. No outside paper, cardstock, transparencies, etc.
• If you need a reprint or refund due to equipment failure, please ask a DMS employee about your options. Requests for refunds must be signed and submitted to the OIT Help Desk on the first floor.

Color Printing Prices

Poster Printing

• The maximum print size in the DMS is 42" x 72".
• There is a charge for all posters that must be paid at time of order. Charges are payable by Mav Express ID (Mav Money) or departmental IDT.
• Posters must be ordered and paid for in the DMS.
• You can request up to 6 copies on an order.
• After the first order, additonal orders may require an additonal 24 hours to complete.
• To prevent delay, please let the DMS staff review your poster before ordering.
• The DMS Staff has the right at any time to refuse or delay poster printing due to a user not following the Poster Guidelines.
• All posters for advertising purposes must be UT Arlington on-campus related.
• Posters cannot be commercial or business related.

Department Poster Payment: (Faculty/staff posters paid by a campus department)

• You must supply an IDT account number on the form at time of order.
• Department orders without an IDT will NOT be printed.
