Research Help

Service Desk (Central Library, 1st floor)

Do you have basic questions about how to use the Library?  Look for the "Questions? Ask Here!" sign on the 1st floor of the Central Library.

 

Appointment Request

Do you need to sit down with a librarian? Fill out the form to request an appointment for consultation with a librarian at the UT Arlington Libraries.  You can also get in-depth, supportive help with the entire research process by contacting a subject librarian directly.


Special Collections Reference Desk (Central Library, 6th floor)

Specializes in historical materials relatings to Texas, the U.S. War with Mexico (1846-1848), the cartographic history of Texas and the Gulf of Mexico, and Mexico from 1810-1920.

Writing Help

Writing Center (Central Library, 4th floor. Rm. 411)
This service of the English Department helps students become better writers. Tutors provide help on class essays, projects, or reports; applications for scholarships or graduate programs; job application letters and resumes; or personal writing.



Technology Help

OIT Help Desk (Central Library, 1st Floor)
