SEL staff handle all reservations in person or via phone, no online reservations available

  • Available for UT Arlington faculty, staff, and student use, only. Rooms must be used by two or more users and occupied at all times.
  • Reserve a room at the Service Desk, in person (B03 Nedderman Hall) or by phone (817-272-5050). Only same day reservations taken.
  • Check out a room at the Service Desk. A valid MavID is required.
  • You may check out a room for up to 3 hours, and may renew a room 15 minutes before reservation ends, for a maximum of 6 hours, if there are no other reservations.
  • Markers and erasers may be checked out for a three-hour loan period.
  • A fine is assessed for late key returns.
  • Rooms are locked at all times and key must remain in library.
  • Reservation will be cancelled if key is not claimed within 15 minutes of the requested time. Please call ahead if arriving late for reservation time.
  • Rooms must be empty 30 minutes prior to closing the library: 11:30pm (Mon-Thu), 7:30pm (Fri & Sat) , and 10:30pm (Sun).
  • Turn off lights, pick up trash and place in trash cans when vacating the rooms.
