UTA Technology Fair

On Wednesday, October 29 2003, from 9:30am to 3:00pm, UTA will host its Third Annual Technology Fair in the Hereford University Center. This fair will bring together faculty, staff, students, community guests and the general public to explore, learn and/or share insights on how technologies are being or can be used innovatively in teaching, research & administration.

While the main focus of this fair is to heighten awareness among fair attendees on how UTA Departments, academic and otherwise, use or plan to use technology innovatively in a variety of ways, the invitation of technology companies and vendors as participants is intended as a show of mutual support and appreciation. For the first time, not only can technology companies and vendors promote and showcase their latest products/servcices to fair attendees but they can also meet with faculty, staff & invited guests to exchange insights/ideas on the innovative use of technology.
