3rd Annual 3D Printed Aircraft Competition Held at UTA

The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) hosted the 3rd annual 3D Printed Aircraft Competition on July 13 2019, at the UTA Football Stadium.  For the competition, teams of undergraduate and graduate students were challenged to innovatively design a purely 3D printed aircraft for the longest duration flight given limited propulsion allowance.  A total of 22 teams from 8 universities registered and 10 teams from 4 universities competed at the event.
