AIMS 2008 Accommodations

 

Special deals for AIMS 2008 participants have been negotiated with several hotels (see the full list below). Transportation from these hotels to UT Arlington campus and back will be provided during the days of the conference. All of these hotels are located near a cluster of restaurants in North Arlington close to Six Flags.

Crowne Plaza is in some distance away from Hilton and the other hotels of AIMS conference.

 

Crowne Plaza will provide a shuttle bus to UTA campus and back. Make your inquiries for the shuttle at the hotel front desk when you check in.

6. UT Arlington Campus Student Apartments


The limited amount of rooms at the UT Arlington Campus Student Apartments are no longer available to AIMS 2008 participants!

 

 

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR OWN RESERVATIONS!

This can be done by calling to the corresponding hotel before the deadline and identifying yourself as a participant of the AIMS-2008 conference at UT Arlington.
