Math Emporium at UT Arlington

Welcome to the home page of the Math Emporium of the University of Texas at Arlington. We are an academic and tutoring resource available to UT Arlington students currently enrolled in undergraduate math classes that utilize the Math Emporium (MATH 0302, 1301, 1302, and 1308).

The Math Emporium is located in Pickard Hall, room 308.

In addition to the Math Emporium, there are other tutoring sources available around campus, and we will try to help you locate the most appropriate resource should the need arise.

Feel free to connect to the UTA Math Emporium via social media on our new Facebook page! "Like" our page to stay current with news and events concerning the UTA Math Emporium.

The Tutors

During each scheduled class period, we strive to have one undergraduate tutor for approximately every 20 students. These tutors are skilled in mathematics and assured in their abilities to help you. There is also one mathematics graduate student present in each class as an additional resource.

If you would like to be considered for an emporium tutor position in an upcoming semester, please complete and return an Emporium Lab Assistant Application. For best results, save a local copy of the application before completing and submitting.

Feel free to peruse our tutor bio's to get to know them better.
