I play guitar and am currently taking jazz guitar lessons with Billy Robertson who teaches in the University of Texas Arlington Department of Music.

Biography

I was born and raised in Seminole, Texas. I received by Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas. Before beginning my studies at the University of Texas Arlington, I taught high school mathematics for five years in Mission, Texas. After studying commutative algebra under Dr. David Jorgensen, I received my PhD in mathematics from University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. I am currently working as an assistant professor at Houston Bapist University, Houston, Texas.
