Welcome to UTA at McLennan Community College

The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) is proud to offer an affordable, convenient educational opportunity to those who live and work in Central Texas. As part of the University Center located on the McLennan Community College (MCC) campus, UTA offers several degree completion programs. Each program is unique, but typically students complete the required lower level courses through MCC, or any other accredited college or university. Students are then able to satisfy the required upper level UTA courses in Waco. The courses are taught using various formats including in-person delivery at MCC, internet instruction, and two-way interactive video. As a result, students can earn a high quality bachelor’s degree without ever leaving the Waco area.
