Resources for Campus Departments

Campus Banner “Cubes”

Four steel frames at key locations on campus may be used by departments for publicizing programs and events. Cubes are approximately 4’ wide by 6’ tall. Banners must be ordered through University Communications to ensure design and materials quality and consistency. Pricing depends on quantity of banners ordered.

University Logo Tablecloths

Tablecloths with the UT Arlington logo and wordmark (with or without your department name) may be ordered through Rainbow Advertising in Fort Worth. Call 817-738-3838 for more information. Pricing depends on quantity of tablecloths ordered.

Sponsorships

If your department would like to sponsor an event or a group, please follow these guidelines:

  1. General questions about sponsorships may be directed to Amy Schultz, Associate Vice President for Communications and Community Relations.
  2. The University of Texas at Arlington has exclusive contracts with Pepsi and Wells Fargo bank. Please do not sponsor any companies who are direct competitors with these two companies.
  3. All contracts for advertising or other sponsorships with outside entities should be reviewed before execution by either John Hall, Vice President for Administration and Campus Operations or Rusty Ward, Vice President for Business Affairs and Controller. No one else should sign a contract on behalf of The University.
  4. Departments are asked not to enter into any advertising or other sponsorship of any high school organization. There are very strict NCAA guidelines with regard to colleges and universities advertising to potential student-athletes.
